Amazing STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

Ingredients :

6 Medium-Large Bell Peppers

1 lb. 93% lean (or better) Ground Beef


1 can (14.5oz) diced tomatoes (no salt added)

1 can (8oz) tomato sauce (no salt added)

2.5 cups cooked Uncle Ben’s Long Grain & Wild Rice (approx. use judgement)

1 packet Sazon seasoning (found w/ Goya products)

2 tsp. Adobo seasoning (found w/ Goya products)

1 cup Reduced fat Four Cheese blend (approx. amt and you may use whatever cheese you prefer)

Derictionts :

Preheat stove to 350 degrees.Cut an opening in the highest point of the peppers. Cut and wash any leftover seeds out. Put away.Begin huge pot of water to bubble for the peppers (will bubble for 10 minutes each clump in 2 groups)Earthy colored burger.Cook rice as per bearings on box, discarding margarine or oil. Add tomatoes, sauce, and preparing to burger, decrease to stew.When water is bubbling, bubble peppers, channel and spot them in a baking dish.Whenever rice is done add to cheeseburger by the spoonful (enormous cooking spoon) until pleasant consistency, around 2.5 cups.Blend around 1/2 cup or a greater amount of cheddar into the cheeseburger combination passing on the lay to sprinkle on top of the peppers.Fill the peppers with the blend and sprinkle with cheddar.
