Preheat oven to 375. Line a 13×9 inchbaking dish with aluminum foil and spraywith non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.In a large bowl, cream butter and sugaruntil light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder andsalt; gradually add flour mixture to buttermixture alternately with milk.
Toss blueberries with remaining flour. Stirblueberries and cream cheese intocreamed mixture (batter will be thick).Transfer to prepared baking dish.Fortopping, in a small bowl, combine flourand sugar.Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle overbatter.Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes oruntil a toothpick inserted near the centercomes out clean.Cool ona wire rack.
