9. Social Decline
A depressed may find that their social life has declined; they may also have a low opinion of themselves and of their life in general. Such feelings may affect them in every aspect of their social and professional lives and carrier, including work, school, and relationships. They may also feel like their life has spiraled out of control, and they just don’t know where they are going to fall next. This will generally make depressed people take fewer decisions about their lives and generally have weak judgments and poor decisions.
