Ingredient :

°8 slices of bologna

 °3 tablespoons of butter

 °1 onion, chopped

 °4 cups hot mashed potatoes

 °1½ cups grated cheddar cheese

Deriction :

Preheat broiler 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Margarine 1 1/2 quart baking plate.Heat a skillet over medium-high intensity. Searing bologna cuts in hot skillet until brilliant brown on the two sides, for 1 moment for every side. Channel on a plate fixed with paper towel. Clear abundance fat off of container, lessen intensity to medium and mix in spread and onion. Cook and mix until the onion has relaxed and become clear, around 5 minutes. Mix the onions into the hot pureed potatoes.Spread portion of the pureed potatoes in the pre-arranged baking dish. Layer with around 50% of the broiled bologna and sprinkle with a portion of the cheddar. Rehash with the excess fixings.Prepare uncovered in preheated broiler until cheddar is effervescent and focus is hot, around 30 min.
