GARLICKY RIBEYE STEAK KABOBS

Ingredients :

2 lbs good quality steak cut into 1 1/2

inch pieces (I used ribeye)

10 small button mushrooms

1 large red onioncut into 1 inch pieces

1 green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces

5 TBSP minced garlicinch pieces

1 bunch of asparagus

2 medium size potatoes cut into 1 1/2

1/4 cup EVOO

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp salt

2 TBSP chopped parsley

Pinch of red pepper flakes

Derictionts :

Join the EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic, onion pocwder, slashed parsley, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper pieces and spot into a rock solid resealable sack then include your steak and let marinade for 2 hours up to expediteIn a very much oiled hot skillet gently brown the potatoes on with or without sides then setThrow asparagus with salt, pepper and EVOO then, at that point, barbecue for around 3-5 minutesCarry barbecue to medium intensity and brush with EVOOString your steak, onion, pepper, potato on the other hand onto the sticksBarbecue for around 3 minutes on each side for medium well steak
