1 C. milk
2 T. pickle juice
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Join milk, egg, Tabasco and pickle juice.
Throw the chicken in with it and marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
Join all extra trimmings in a single more bowl for digging.
