My string beans with smoked Turkey necks and potatoes

INGREDIENTS :

2 lb fresh green beans washed & trimmed

1 lbs smoked turkey legs

64 oz water, chicken broth, or turkey broth

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 medium onion chopped

4-5 medium russet potatoes peeled & chopped

2 tsp seasoning salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

DERICTIONS :

Get rolling by setting the smoked turkey into a colossal pot.Void the stock or water into the pot, then turn the hotness to high.Permit the turkey to cook until it’s very sensitive, then, dispense with it from the pot. Make sure to NOT void the liquid out of the pot. We will use it!Shred or dice up the turkey meat. Try to wipe out all of the bones, and skin.By and by toss the green beans, smoked turkey, onions, and garlic into the pot with the liquid.Sprinkle in the flavors, and blend the trimmings.Cook for something like 10 minutes, then, at that point, incorporate the potatoes.Cook until everything is very fragile, or cook to your tendency.Serve and appreciate with cornbread.
